Terms and Conditions
DEFINITIONS
The Client: The company/individual responsible for contracting with Seaflo Consultancy Ltd. The Client may also be a Delegate.
The Delegate: Any representative of the Client attending a course at Seaflo Consultancy Ltd
Seaflo Consultancy: The local Seaflo Consultancy chosen training centre where the course takes place
THE COURSE

The course fee includes only services described in the course description.
The course commences when course material has been send to the delegate.
Seaflo Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to refuse the delegate from participating in the course, without refund, if the delegate shows up later than the specified meeting time.
PAYMENT
Seaflo Consultancy will issue an invoice at the time of booking stating the payment terms, and we reserve the right to suspend participation/certification if payment is not made.
Private bookers will need to pay by debit/credit card.
We also reserve the right to add handling fees and interest to late payments. In exceptional circumstances payments may be collected by external companies acting on behalf of Seaflo Consultancy. Please contact us for more details.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a full or partial cancellation of a course by the client the following cancellation charges will apply:
Less than four weeks prior to the course start: 50% of the course fee
Less than two weeks prior to the course start: 100% of the course fee
Cancellation must be made in writing to Seaflo Consultancy.
Seaflo Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or terminate wholly or in part any course and make changes to the course at any time and for any reasons.
DISPUTES

EU consumers can use EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform to resolve disputes. It can be accessed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
SANCTIONS
The EU has imposed sanctions on Russia, so you cannot use the training for projects in Russia that relate to:
- Oil exploration and production in water deeper than 150 metres
- Oil exploration and production in the offshore area north of the Arctic Circle
- Projects that have the potential to produce oil from resources located in shale formations by way of hydraulic fracturing, with the exception of exploration and production through shale formations to locate or extract oil from non-shale reservoirs.
